Kristen Sharma, recipient of the Iowa SBDC's 2010 Deb Dalziel Woman Entrepreneur Achievement Award, has worn numerous entrepreneurial hats: singer, songwriter, speaker, co-author, life coach, marina owner and interior designer. She's the owner of a massage therapy school and company with massage services at hospitals, within corporations and on university campuses around the nation.

Maureen Collins-Williams is a national speaker and consultant in the area of entrepreneurship and innovation. In 2014 Collins-Williams founded The Entrepreneurial Communities Project, LLC, and she’s the author of the upcoming book WE: Women Entrepreneurs. She previously spent 16 years at the University of Northern Iowa in such positions as regional director of the UNI Small Business Development Center, interim director of Technology Transfer and Entrepreneurship Outreach director.
