Westside Auto Pros is organizing a Customer Focus Group! This group will meet once every three months, on a day and at a time to be determined, at a restaurant.
A Focus Group Director will facilitate the meeting, over dinner. He will ask questions that will include:
- How did you find out about Westside Auto Pros?
- Where else have you taken your car for auto repair work?
- How was your experience at Westside Auto Pros?
- How was you experience at other auto repair shops?
- What would be your ideal auto repair shop?
- What can Westside Auto Pros do to improve your overall experience with us?
The conversation will have no limits – you will be encouraged to freely share your thoughts and experiences. Meetings will be videotaped, and shown to employees, as a training tool.
This is a unique and fun opportunity for you to truly have a direct impact on the way we do our business!
