BBB Announces Top 10 Scams of 2012
The Better Business Bureau investigates thousands of scams every year, and this past year launched two websites to help consumers figure out which offers are real and which ones are possibly frauds:

Presidents Message:
We are starting off 2013 with lots of activity and looking forward to all of the changes and growth that we anticipate in the coming year. We kicked off the New Year with increased visibility for our BBB and our Accredited Businesses by publishing three separate member rosters in the Sunday edition of newspapers in Des Moines, Cedar Rapids and the Quad Cities. This was a wonderful opportunity to spotlight our AB's, publicize your company and the importance of BBB Accreditation.

Scam Alert: Cyber Threats of 2013
Computer hackers are doing much more than sending spammy phishing emails these days. Evolving technologies are making it easier for people with malicious intent to manipulate the vulnerabilities of Internet infrastructure. The Better Business Bureau is issuing an alert to consumers and businesses of expected cyberthreats in 2013:
